Popularized by the Simpson's season 10 episode, "They Saved Lisa's Brain" and implemented by French Revolutionaries from 1793 to 1795, metric time offers a unique time-telling system with 10 hours per day and 100 minutes per hour. Transitioning from the traditional imperial system to metric time introduces a simplified approach to organizing daily tasks.

The straightforward numeric representation of hours in metric time makes it easier to coordinate your activities, where mid-day corresponds to 5:00 and midnight to 10:00.

Additionally, the metric clock's minimalistic design provides an opportunity to introduce your peers to an alternative timekeeping method or decorate your workspace with a modern timepiece displayed on your iPhone or iPad.

Metric minutes are slightly longer than their imperial counterparts, requiring patience when tracking time progression.
With 100 minutes per hour, the time 4:85 is equivalent to 4.85 in decimal format. Users can conveniently switch between colon and period formats in the time display by clicking on the time.

Users also have the option to personalize their viewing experience by adjusting the interface colors using the paint brush button. Furthermore, the globe button allows for seamless transition between local metric time and Universal metric time.
